Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The location was very nice for traveling! The staff were some of the most polite I've encountered and eager to help.

Inconsistent cleanliness was an issue, with complaints about unclean shower mats upon arrival. The room felt outdated and in need of modernization.

The food was fab - a huge variety of options.

Nice styled and well-equipped rooms come with an electric kettle, view on Rue de Berne plus free breakfast. The breakfasts are very good with sausage, cheese plus various juices.

The room was nice and comfy for paris and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Bathroom was a good size and clean, we got tea and decaf for free which was cool. Location was great, near metro and felt safe walking at night. Really happy with our stay!

only complaint was the price was kinda high for what you get and the coffee capsules were only available in the reception area which was a bit annoying.

The location was great! Moulin Rouge about 10 min walk. Casino de Paris 800 meters. Super nice small balcony. Everything within walking distance. The room is ok. Clean and a good equipment for the price. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.

The lady who welcomed us could be a little more friendly. At least a hello on entering, or a good morning and a smile would suffice. The rest of the staff was at least more friendly.

Top location is directly at Metrostation Rome.

We were a group of 7 people and we all enjoyed staying at this hotel. it was quiet and confortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent near metro Berne and gare St Lazare.

Charming boutique hotel atmosphere

This hotel was great! Such a good place to stay for the price. I told the receptionist I was a little worried because the price was so reasonable compared to all I had looked at but I was not disappointed. The room was spotlessly clean, internet worked great the whole time, bakeries and grocery right down the street, parking right next door and the room had plenty room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Well, I was disappointed about the hotel, giving the high rate per night, as well as the location.

Family with children will find this nice

Had a room that overlooked the street. Very Parisian we had room to walk around with our suitcases open plus it was clean.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still within reason.

the proximity to metro station (Rome) and shops, the polite and smiling staff, the small minibar where we could put some little things of ours.

The location of the hotel is fantastic , rooms are very neat and clean staffs are very friendly ...its really value for money ,station grocery taxi everything is availabe just in one minute walk staffs will suggest your tour plan with special rate tickets sold from the hotel reception.we had a excellent stay. We travelled with family with 1 infant and and 1 child we got every necessity within a one minute walk , the location of the hotel is fantastic , rooms are very neat and clean staffs are very friendly ...its really value for money ,station grocery taxi everything is availabe just in one minute walk .the place of all seight seeing is within 10 minute by taxi or by train , staffs will suggest your tour plan with special rate tickets sold from the hotel reception.we had a excellent stay.
